1. Subscriber will be provided with links to the Voyager Destination Guides along with a map interface. Subscriber may display the map and Voyager Destination Guides on one website per subscription. The Voyager Destination Guides (bearing the Frommer's copyright and trademarks) are not available for newsletter use or for any re-distribution other than display on a single website per subscription or by emailing or printing from the subscription application provided Subscriber..
2. Subscriber will be provided with a link to the Voyager Travel Videos. Subscriber may display the Voyager Travel Videos on one website per subscription. Voyager Travel Videos may be placed on one website per subscription and in one company newsletter publication per subscription.
3. Subscriber will be provided with html code for each Voyager Travel Article. Subscriber may display the Voyager Travel Articles on one website per subscription and in one company newsletter per subscription.
4. Together, the Destination Guides, Videos and Articles will be hereinafter referred to as the "Voyager Content".
5. Subscriber may not edit or otherwise alter any of the Voyager Content. All copyrights, trademarks and other legal rights remain with Travmarket, LLC. All photographs can be displayed only in the context of the original article in which they appear.
6. Subscriber may not offer any rental, sale, license or other distribution of any of the Voyager Content.
7. Where applicable, the name of any author of any of the Voyager Content must remain intact and be displayed.
8. The Voyager Content is offered on a subscription basis. Any content may be edited, changed, deleted or otherwise altered by Travmarket at any time. Unless an entire category of content is deleted, no refunds partial or in full will be provided for the deletion or editing of individual pieces of content.
9. Subscriber may cancel their subscription at any time by emailing a request for cancelation which shall take effect on the next monthly anniversary of their subscription to info@voyagertravelguides.com.
10. No partial refunds or rebates will be provided for the remainder of any monthly or annual subscription.
11. REBILLING: On the anniversary of any subscription, the Subscriber's credit card will be re-billed at the same rate as the previous billing period.
12. Upon cancellation, Subscriber will immediately remove all Voyager Content from any location under the dominion of Subscriber and will cease all use of the Voyager Content.
13. The statements and opinions in the material contained on this Web site are those of the individual contributors or advertisers, as indicated. We have used reasonable care and skill in compiling the content of this Web site.
